1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the KeenSpirit Florapress website, catalog, workshops, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and KeenSpirit Florapress.
2. Account Registration
Users must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
3. Workshop Bookings
All workshop bookings are subject to availability. Confirmation is sent via email upon successful reservation. Participants must arrive on time and follow all safety guidelines. KeenSpirit Florapress may reschedule or cancel sessions due to unforeseen circumstances with notice provided.
4. Purchases & Payments
All prices are listed in USD and subject to change. Payments are processed securely at checkout. You agree to pay all charges incurred. Tools, kits, and digital guides are non-transferable without written consent.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, photographs, and instructional materials on this site are the exclusive property of KeenSpirit Florapress. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited. Pressed flower creations made during workshops remain yours for personal use only.
6. Warranties & Disclaimers
Services and products are provided "as is." We disclaim all implied warranties. Our flower pressing tools and materials are hand-selected for quality, but results vary based on individual technique and natural plant conditions.
7. Limitation of Liability
KeenSpirit Florapress shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of the site or attendance at workshops. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
8. Cancellation & Refunds
Workshop cancellations made 14 days or more prior receive a full refund minus a $25 processing fee. Cancellations within 13 days are non-refundable. Digital products are non-refundable once downloaded. Contact us at [email protected] for exceptions.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of updated terms posted here.
